• If the shipment is brand new, updates may take time to appear after the first carrier scan.
• If you do not have a tracking number yet, ask your agent first THEN contact ALI through the official Discord server.
• If you purchased through your selected agent, contact your agent, that agent will have your international tracking number. If you purchased directly from us through Discord or WhatsApp, we will send your tracking number as soon as it is available.
